Jennifer Costello’s cover illustration for The Lotus Shoes, written by debut author Jane Yang, has been updated for the title’s paperback edition. The story tells of the relationship between Linjing and Little Flower, who Jennifer illustrated in her signature fluid watercolour style with careful consideration to ensure historical accuracy of the Qing Dynasty.
