We are absolutely delighted to welcome Vari Telleria to New Division.

Vari studied Graphic Design at Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and went on to work as an award winning designer before developing a stunning illustration portfolio.

Vari combines retro and modern images to create thought provoking collages, every element in her detailed artwork tells a story. Speaking of her work Vari says, 'I love to turn facts into beautiful, complex graphics. Creating the right image can make a fact speak even louder'.

Vari's work holds particular appeal to the lifestyle market. Her unique collage style allows her to work across a range of subject matter. Recent commissions have covered food and drink, travel and health & beauty, where she has created some fabulous artworks.   

We asked Vari to describe her working process, 'I start gathering images and begin combining them, like a puzzle. When I have the general structure, I start to adapt the images to make them my own and I connect them with hand crafted visual elements to make the images come together as one'.

Vari takes inspiration for her work from her travels, she loves to translate her experiences through her collages. Vari says, 'It's like creating my own personal photographs, where I'm able to choose the elements and create the landscape I want, to remember a particular place'.
