We are delighted to welcome A.k.A to the agency. Shortlisted for Digital Artist of The Year 2011 A.k.A is one of the leaders in mixed media illustration. With a background in traditional production processes, A.k.A combines a vast range of media with hand drawn illustrations. Scanned textures, 3D digital modeling and even particle systems have all been used to create this diverse portfolio of artwork. Cristina Guitian For Social Enterprise UK

Gary Redford For The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park

Following on from the success of their summer campaign, Hatched London commissioned Gary Redford to illustrate three more posters for The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The campaign ran across the UK’s mainline train stations and The London Underground and was a finalist in the CIM’s Marketing Excellence Awards 2012.

We were excited to hear DDB’s campaign for Marmite’s – Ma’amite Jubilee limited edition jar was recognised at the recent Creative Circle awards. The campaign, featuring artwork from our very own Garry Walton, picked up a Silver Award for best Art Direction. Well Done to Garry and the team at DDB!

The Bologna Book Fair

We’re back in the office after a great trip to the Bologna Book Fair. We were very excited to be greeted by one of Ben Scruton’s (Butt Naked!) Romans at the Egmont stand and it was great to share our portfolios with so many publishers. If you didn’t manage to catch up with us at Bologna we’ll be at The London Book Fair April 15-17th. We will have the portfolios from both Meiklejohn and our sister agency New Division and still have a few appointments left, so do get in touch if you’d like to meet up.
